The DUDE Project has helped boys across the country build confidence, resilience, and real mental strength. Here’s a glimpse at what they’ll experience at DUDE Project Live.
Fast-paced icebreakers and team challenges that build connection and confidence right away. Boys start moving, laughing, and engaging within minutes.
Hands-on drills where boys learn how to focus, manage emotions, and use self-talk to stay strong under pressure — all taught through sports, gaming, and language that sticks.
Group challenges that push boys to use what they’ve learned (resilience, teamwork, and problem-solving) to finish strong together.
Real tools to handle stress and pressure in school and sports
‍
A “Level Up Plan” they can use daily

A new sense of pride, purpose, and confidence

To help boys fully engage, this event is for students only. Parents will receive a post-event recap and guide to continue the lessons at home.
Please cancel early so another student can take the spot — space is limited to 125 boys.
